BluAlliance is a design partnership program uniting forward-thinking organizations to reshape how blue-collar workers are managed—with the help of cutting-edge technology, AI, and embedded finance.

We’re industry-agnostic but focused on companies managing a sizable blue-collar workforce—logistics, construction, manufacturing, services, etc.

The program is spread across a few months, with each phase designed to be meaningful but not disruptive to your business operations.

No. The program is sponsored by the Gates Foundation and SeamlessHR. Your biggest contribution is your time and insight.
