BluAlliance is a design partnership program uniting forward-thinking organizations to reshape how blue-collar workers are managed—with the help of cutting-edge technology, AI, and embedded finance.
Together, we’re addressing the real, daily challenges faced by employers and workers—fraud and identity management, attendance tracking, productivity, upskilling, and payroll inefficiencies.

Participate in a design retreat focused on design thinking, idea exchange, and connection-building. This is where experiences are shared, insights deepened, and the future begins to take shape.
Codesign
