The second Codeable cohort began in February 2023 and trained thirty-one (31) young people in soft skills, Product Management, Product Design, Quality Assurance, and Software Engineering. Twenty-three (23) facilitators are involved in this cohort, most of whom are SeamlessHR staff.
This cohort was additionally driven by a repeat partnership with Special Olympics Nigeria and a new partnership with the Lagos State Sports Commission.
We are extremely proud of Codeable’s impact on Participants’ lives. This programme prepared beneficiaries for today’s world of work and give them the means to earn a livelihood, enjoy a better quality of life, and potentially support themselves and their families.
