I draw inspiration from leaders who demonstrate vision, dedication, and integrity. Tony Elumelu, for his innovative leadership in business, and Wole Soyinka, for his intellectual brilliance, are particularly noteworthy.
Whatโs your most impactful memory?
Watching these icons turn challenges into opportunities taught me the value of resilience and collaboration. Tony Elumeluโs emphasis on leveraging innovation for scalable impact deeply resonates with my work in building systems that empower teams.
How are you inspiring the next generation?
As Head of Engineering, I focus on mentoring engineers emphasising technical excellence, teamwork, and problem-solving. I drive a culture of continuous learning by encouraging my team to embrace cutting-edge technologies and develop scalable, customer-centric solutions.

My dad has been my biggest inspiration. I hope to embody even half of the wisdom and character heโs shown.

After high school, my dad told me, โThe choices you make going forward will impact a generation.โ That statement shaped my perspective and taught me the importance of making bold yet thoughtful decisions.
How are you inspiring the next generation?
I guide my 14-year-old nephew on navigating social media responsibly, ensuring heโs exposed to content that aligns with ethical, moral, and cultural values.

My fatherโs unwavering discipline, even in tough times, showed me that success is rooted in persistence. My mentorโs advice, โGrowth happens when youโre uncomfortable,โ pushed me to embrace challenges and grow.
How are you inspiring the next generation?
I mentor young men by helping them develop resilience, navigate life with purpose, and build essential skills. I believe small, intentional acts of guidance can create a ripple effect of positive change.

I volunteer with the childrenโs department at my church, mentoring young people by sharing my life lessons and helping them own their paths with wisdom and confidence.

How are you inspiring the next generation?
Thanks to SeamlessHR, I have the opportunity to mentor differently-abled individuals and justice-impacted individuals through the Codeable Mentorship Programme, helping them avoid mistakes on their chosen career paths and accelerate their growth. This structured approach allows me to give back meaningfully.

My brother inspired me with his advice to invest in property. His dedication to personal growth motivates me to keep striving.
How are you inspiring the next generation?
Through my radio show, I share insights and personal learnings. Additionally, I mentor children of widows through an NGO project and offer guidance as a trained therapist to those in need.
