About the Event

This is an exclusive event organized by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in partnership with SeamlessHR to engage the top 20 employers of blue-collar workers in Kenya.

The discussions will cover:

  1. Improving blue-collar worker productivity through cutting-edge technology solutions and tools.
  2. Improving the quality of life of blue-collar workers through various Embedded Finance innovations already deployed by the Foundation in other global markets.

The event will be an impactful 120 minutes of engagement, and here are a few key highlights you can look forward to:

  1. Engaging panel discussion featuring senior global leadership at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as SeamlessHR.
  2. Insights from the Foundation’s experience with similar projects globally.
  3. Networking with fellow executive leadership of top 20 employers in Kenya, fostering valuable connections and knowledge sharing.
  4. Showcase of innovative technologies designed by SeamlessHR in collaboration with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for blue-collar workers welfare and productivity.
  5. Participation and contribution to Africa’s first seminal research and publication on blue-collar workforce on the continent.

Our goal at the end of the day is to address the unique challenges faced by blue-collar workers in Africa, share from the experience of the Foundation in other markets, and collaborate with you and other employers to develop, experiment and fine-tune different cutting-edge solutions that will improve the lives and productivity of the most hard working Africans.
